Netel Group's whistleblower function at Interactive Security

Whistleblowing is about sounding the alarm when there is a suspicion of serious misconduct in a work-related context. This whistleblowing channel is powered by Interactive Security. Interactive Security is an external provider of Netel Group.

Netel Group encourages anyone who suspects serious misconduct within Netel Group to report it through the Interactive Security Whistleblower Service. As a whistleblower, you can always reamin anonymous.

If you create a whistleblowing case, you have the right to protection according to the Whistleblower Act (Act 2021: 890) given certain conditions. Among other things, the law prohibits the employer from retaliating against anyone who has sounded the alarm about misconduct. If the employer were to do so regardless, they could be liable for damages.

This is how your report is handled

All incoming cases are handled immediately. Each case receives a unique case number and a verification code. This information must be used to follow the case, send in additional information, and receive feedback. Within 3 months from the case has been registered, feedback is given on the assessment and measures taken.

Upon receipt of a case, an assessment is made as to whether it can be handled further in the whistleblowing system. If the case cannot be handled in the whistleblowing system, the whistleblower is encouraged to highlight the complaint in Netel Group's usual reporting paths.
